Covid-19 Global situation updates

Business Continuity Assurance

The COVID-19 outbreak situation has seen a major part of the world’s population on lock-down. We have since activated operations continuity measures to ensure that our support to our clients globally continue with zero disruptions. We are operational across our offices spanning India and Finland as well as the multiple data centers. Yet, we are diligently following the orders of the respective governments across the countries we operate from, for the safety of our people, without compromising on our service quality and alacrity.

Going forward we have well planned contingency measures to withstand the varying level of lock-downs in the respective countries even if it continues for the long period.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. The disease causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.

You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.

How it spreads

Coronavirus disease spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touches their eyes, nose or mouth.

There are now several vaccines that are in use. The first mass vaccination programme started in early December 2020
