Right now for the next few months it is only work from home protocol and that may very well continue for the whole of 2020. Incase you are applying for an internship the minimum tenure has to be for #2 Months. The work from home is being followed under the current situation. We are ensuring that our people are not exposed to risks, and yet should be able to support the business continuity of our clients.

Under the current prevailing global situation, all short term internships would be a work from home protocol.

To be eligible for the Work-from-Home protocol it is necessary to have a proper laptop with hi-resolution camera for video chat and a good internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 10Mbps.

For short term internships the stipend depends on the performance and the mentor’s recommendation at the end of the internship. So there is no fixed stipend for it.

For job application the initial probation period of 2 to 6 months has a salary of 12,000.00 to 22,000.00. There is an orientation period of 3 to 8 weeks which is unpaid. The tenure of the orientation period depends on how fast one can take on the responsibilities. After the finish of the probation period the salaries start from 25,000.00.
